Job description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Primary Teacher to join a British curriculum school in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood development and be able to create engaging and effective lessons that cater to the diverse needs of EY students. This will be a full-time, permanent position, and we would encourage applications from teachers who have taught abroad previously and / or those who are interested in broadening their horizons and exploring an exciting new opportunity overseas!
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification or qualification recognized in the UAE.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an early years setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
