Inclusion Centre Manager – Rochdale Cover People are recruiting on behalf of a good school in Rochdale for a qualified Maths Teacher. My client are looking to recruit an Inclusion Centre Manager to start as soon as possible on a permanent full time basis. The hours would be 8.15 to 4.00pm Mon-Thurs and 8:15 to 3:45 Friday with a ½ hour Lunch break. Benefits: • Excellent pay rates • Full-time placement • On-going support from your dedicated Consultant • Immediate start • Supportive department and Senior Leadership team • Positive community feel The Role: The successful candidate will be required to start as soon as possible on a full time basis for an ongoing placement, will need to be able to work with the Inclusion Manager and / or line manager to strategically plan and develop the intervention offered by the IC • To provide an alternative to fixed term exclusion in order to allow all students to be included within school, make progress and overcome barriers to their learning. • To work with Learning & Progress Co-ordinators to ensure all students within their year group are supported in their learning and progress whilst in the Inclusion Centre. • To enable targeted students to have access to personalised programmes and support provisions so they are empowered to self-manage and achieve expected rates of progress. • To liaise effectively with Senior Leaders, SENCO, colleagues as well as parents / carers and other outside agencies. Requirements: • Education to A Level standard or equivalent • Successful experience working with children from the 10-16 age group • Prepared to undertake traveling as part of duties • Ability to work a flexible timescale • Effective time keeping abilities • Abilities to work in isolation in isolation the centre The School: This fantastic school is a Successful 10 – 16 secondary school in Rochdale with a good Ofsted file.
