I registered with CoverPeople in the summer whilst abroad, having dealt with Rachael and she's beenfantastic throughout! She's got a professional yet friendly manner, has mynumber saved so will always answer the phone addressing me by name. She alwaysresponds to queries in a timely manner, and takes the effort in explainingunfamiliar aspects of supply work (umbrella companies, rates of pay, impact ofCovid etc).
