Position: History Graduates within Education
Location: Rochdale (Secondary Schools)
Employment Type: Full Time, Mon to Fri 8:30AM to 3:30PM
Key responsibilities may include:
- Supervising classes during teacher absences
- Support/mentor students across mainstream classes as a Learning Support Assistant
- Ensuring students are completing the work set by SLT/class teachers
- Manage behaviour within the classroom – creating a constructive learning environment
- Providing support to students where necessary
Requirements:
- A degree in History
- A passion for education and working with young people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Cover People UK
