Pastoral Support Assistant – Trafford

Role: Pastoral Support Officer
Location: Trafford
Salary: £85-95 per day
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional and social support to students.
- Work closely with teachers, the SENDCO and pastoral staff to address students' needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote student well-being.
- Support students' attendance and behaviour.
- Organise and lead pastoral activities and programmes.

- Experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications in education, counselling, or social work.
