Job Duties:

The Principal is responsible for providing leadership and direction in managing the overall operations of the school. Key duties include:

• Developing and implementing educational programmes and curriculum

• Overseeing staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation

• Ensuring compliance with educational policies and regulations

• Building and maintaining relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders

• Managing budget and resources effectively

• Leading strategic planning and development initiatives

Required Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification

Education:

Master's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the education sector

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong leadership and management abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Sound knowledge of curriculum development and educational best practises

• Financial acumen and budget management skills

• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders

Working Conditions:

The role of Principal may require working beyond regular school hours and occasional travel for professional development or meetings.
