Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the individual needs of SEND students

  • Regularly assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience working with children with SEND (desirable)

  • A passion for supporting individual learning needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • An empathetic, patient approach to teaching
